This macadamia butter is insanely good. I am getting through two jars a week, which are delivered to me by SPUD on Vancouver Island. Since it isn't cheap, I might find myself in dire straits before long.
The consistency is runny, but can be stiffened a little in the fridge or freezer. I love eating it from the jar, so the consistency doesn't matter to me. Quite honestly, I have never tasted anything so yummy. I wouldn't recommend two jars a week for anyone trying to lose weight, but for underweight me, it's perfect. I purchased my first order of four jars from NutJar and was delighted with their customer service.
